How it works?
1. Watch the training video and share the link with eligible customers in your network(friends/ customers)
2. The customer clicks on the shared link and is redirected to the Axis website.
3. Provide location access
4. Customer to enter PAN, Aadhaar number & mobile number & accept terms & conditions.
5. Customer to select Amaze account only.
6. The customer is to fill in personal details, qualification details & bank account details.
7. The customer to complete the VKYC process.
8. The customer to fund the account by ₹5000 (mandatory for Axis Amaze zero balance account)
9. The customer has to pay 200/month or 2200/year for an account to be a zero balance account.
10. If the customer doesn't have an Amaze account already, he can click on the link & complete its process.
11. Once the account is opened/subscribed, the payout will be credited to your wallet during the next payout cycle.

DOS
1. Complete the process in a single journey, if required, resume the journey using the link from. the "my customer" section.
2. Check pincodes availability.
3. Customers should keep a blank paper and PAN card handy while doing video KYC.
4. Customers should not have any existing account with the brand or had previously applied for the same.
5. Inform customers of the product features and how to use the account.
DON'TS
1. Don't make false promises like loan, credit card offer to the customer..
2. Don't use your phone or laptop for opening the customer's account.
3. Never login to a customer account on your
phone or device.
4. Avoid any mismatches between PAN and
Aadhaar Card.
5. Multiple accounts are not allowed from the same device/number/email ID/PAN/Aadhaar.
6. There should be no background noise while doing the video KYC process.
7. Paying money or offering incentives for
account opening to customers is not allowed. 8. The customer shall not be an existing
customer of Axis Bank.
